Please submit this application if you wish your child to participate in a full time distance learning platform. Our school has guaranteed that each member of the school community will have access to a remote learning program. Teachers will deliver instruction through a combination of synchronous (live) and asynchronous (independent) activities. Please refer to the reopening plan for specific program structures and requirements.
All requests must be received through this platform no later than Tuesday, November 24 at 12:00 pm.
All students submitting this request by the above stated deadline will be considered granted full time distance learning status for the first trimester.
A student must be willing to commit to this platform for a full trimester. Parents are required to submit a request in writing to the principal in order to enter the in person blended learning model. All requests will be administered on an individual basis at the discretion of the principal.
